Practical therapy to help you find relief and accomplish your goals.

Have you ever felt like therapy was a waste of your time?

Have you found that therapy made you feel good but not better?

Did it feel more like a lecture than a helpful session?

Did your therapist just parrot back your statements?

Has your need for support seemed to feed your therapist's ego?

Does your therapist give you "have-tos"?

You don't need more talk; you need a guide to help you accomplish your goals.

Do you have a process for change?

I have a process. The process focuses on relief and reaching your long-term goals, not just reacting to short-term urges. It works not by trying to eradicate all your problems; it works by focusing on accomplishing your goals. I am not here to fix you, mollycoddle, dominate you with "shoulds," or stroke my ego.  I am here as a fellow-journeyer on the path to help you accomplish your goals.
